All the rooms are perfectly clean with ac and the staff are helpful.

Our stay here was fairly nice, nice base for exploring Koh Lipe. Location: the hotel was right by the beach and walking street, halal restaurant, and shops and restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights here, loved Ko Lipe Sunrise Beach district. The stuff team was helpful and amiable: D

The room seemed pretty small.

I had a double room and it was brand-new and large with ac. The location of the hotel was stunning - at a medium distance from Lipe Floating Pontoon. The area was cute close to shops and restaurants, nature and short walk to shops.

The rooms are authentic and cool and complete with AC. The staff are incredible and helpful. The setting is perfect and stunning, not far from the pier, the sunrise beach, and the main areas in Koh Lipe. They have a good choice of meals to choose from, the food is great.

The rooms were brand-new and spacious with AC. Food in the nice restaurant was FABULOUS.

We needed to have service, but they didn't have it.

the hideaway in koh lipe was absolutely lovely! the staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help us. the bungalows were cozy and had plenty of room for our group. the atmosphere was unique and the free water refill was a nice touch.

Ventilation in the room was poor.

The food at the restaurant was really good and had a nice selection. The location of the hotel was also great, close to the beach and within walking distance of the main attractions. I also appreciated the spacious bathroom in my room.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue. The bungalow I stayed in was extremely dirty, with dust everywhere and even cockroaches and spiders.

Fantastic location near beach and walking street, rustic and charming rooms with lovely outdoor decks, beautiful garden and restaurant, memorable bungalows. Adorable cat named Rabbit, extremely friendly and service-minded staff, friendly atmosphere, free water dispenser and fridge for guests. GREAT value for the price, refill water facility is a plus, secluded atmosphere. Perfect for a short or long stay.
